Through the Baptist Mobile Health Ministry, we are able to provide 48 appointments, and those appointments filled quickly after receiving 150 appointment requests within the first 9 minutes. Yes appointments are required and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Fill out the form above beginning July 15th at 10:00 AM. 

This clinic is available for individuals age 18 and older who do not have dental insurance and/or who are experiencing financial barriers to receiving dental care. You do not need to be a member of FBC Blairsville to request an appointment.

No. The dental clinic is only available for adults 18 years and older.
