Day 4 in New York City 🗽✝️

We spent the Lord’s Day with our new friends from NYSUM, assisting the IIM church in Brooklyn with their annual “stoop” event. Worship was held right outside on the church steps, and it was such a joy to witness multiple baptisms taking place in metal troughs. Our team jumped in by helping set up chairs and equipment, holding street signs, welcoming guests, and registering families as they arrived. After joining the congregation in worship, we continued serving throughout the afternoon by preparing hot dogs and hamburgers in the food truck, praying with people, assisting those who were baptized, and face painting for the kids. And of course, we stayed to help with cleanup. Once again, we were reminded of the incredible diversity of people and needs here in New York. The Lord is at work in powerful ways, and we are grateful to play a small part in what He is doing. There is still so much more to be done, and we look forward to the opportunities ahead.
