Ecuador Day 4 (3/17) πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡¨

Serving Together in Every Moment

The Ecuador team continued to jump into ministry in a variety of meaningful ways, faithfully serving wherever there was a need. From the big moments to the behind-the-scenes tasks, each part of the day played a role in sharing the love of Jesus.

Shawn and Ricky spent time unloading water at the ministry center, helping prepare for the needs of the community. At the same time, other team members worked together packaging bread that would later be distributed during the evening’s movie night, a simple but impactful way to serve families.

The team also went out into different communities, walking up and down streets to personally invite families to the movie night. Debbie joined Tyler and Andreina, who served as translators, as they connected with people and shared invitations. These moments created opportunities not just to invite, but to build relationships and show genuine care.

One of the highlights of the day was once again sharing the Bible story through a skit. The team helped bring the story of Paul and Silas in jail to life in a way that was engaging and memorable for the children. Donna and Cathie created the jail scene, while Shawn and Ricky took on the roles of Paul and Silas, praying and singing to God even while in chains. Through this visual and interactive storytelling, the truth of God’s Word came alive in a powerful way.

Every task, whether seen or unseen, helped point others to Jesus. Please continue to pray for the team as they serve faithfully and build connections throughout the community. ❀️
