What can children do on WEDNESDAY nights during the school year at First Baptist?
6:00 - 6:45 pm Children's Choir for Grades 1 thru 6 offers boys and girls an opportunity to learn to worship God thru music! These choirs practice throughout the school year to perform two musicals (Christmas and Spring). Older children also participate in annual Choir Festivals!
6:45 - 7:30 - Mission's Organizations meet
For girls we have Girls in Action (GA’s): GA’s is a Woman’s Missionary Union missions organization for girls who are in 1st to 6th grades. In GA’s girls participate in activities that help them understand mission work and how it applies to them.
For boys we have Royal Ambassadors (RA’s): RA’s is a Bible-centered, church-based, Southern Baptist mission organization for boys in 1st to 6th grade. Through activities and lessons boys have the opportunity to learn about and experience missions as they strive to become more like Christ.
